30-day return window
Returns are accepted by mail within 30 days of delivery for unused items in new condition.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in the same condition received. Include the original packaging when possible.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Canopy Signal shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a Canopy Signal fulfillment error.
